December Delivery Update
This is a general update, it does not apply to all customers.
Please note, if you've placed an order around or after the 23rd of November, we've been experiencing delays with our delivery and logistics partners due to a huge Black Friday and Cyber Monday period across the UK. This has affected roughly 1 out of every 10 NAYJAY orders.
If you haven't received your order yet please be patient as we are working hard to get your orders delivered. All orders will be delivered by the 23rd December at the latest. Most will be delviered by the 18th.
Our customer service team are working hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. If you have a question please email support@NAYJAY.com. However note that it's taking us a few days to get back to people at the moment.
Please be assured that all orders are in process and you will receive your order. If for any reason we experience an issue when trying to send your order to you we will let you know and resolve the situation ASAP.
NOTE: If you didn't receive an email confirmation when you placed your order this is because you didn't include an email address during the checkout process. If your payment went through then we have received your order. If you want an email confirmation then please email support@NAYJAY.com and request a copy of your order confirmation.
