Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our returns & refund policy.
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date your item got delivered. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached where applicable.
Note, if when you first receive your item(s) they are visibly damaged this could be due to the way the parcel(s) were handled during their delivery journey. Please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
To return an item, please email our customer service team at email@example.com to obtain a returns form sheet if you’ve lost the one that came in your parcel when you received. Follow the instructions on the form and ship your item back to our warehouse.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds will take 5 – 7 days to be credited to your account after your item has been processed as a return.
